It’s much easier to “stay classy” when you start with classy.  As one of the rarer Eichler Home models in the Fairhaven tract, this plan has not been seen for sale in years. And that’s a shame, because it is one of the only models to feature a corner living room with two wall of glass that look out onto the custom-design lava-rock waterfall pool. It’s a backyard that screams “classic” and will never look dated (if only we could all be so lucky). Are you the kind of person who likes to throw theme parties and entertain?
