Who We Are |
||
EichlerSoCal was the first and is the foremost, a real estate company that has always been dedicated to serving sellers and buyers of modern architecture throughout Southern California. Enthusiasts of classic modern architecture often fall disappointed when home searching in Orange County. The fact is, most of the county was developed after the mid-century modern era. However, entire modernist neighborhoods do exist. We have made it our passion to identify these neighborhoods and individual custom homes and pair them with qualified buyers through our highly active website. Modernism is generally under-appreciated by the general public and goes beyond architecture, it's a life style. We understand this. We are that unique real estate company that will guide you from start to finish using knowledge, dedication, creativity and professionalism. Our service is based on trust, performance and honesty in every aspect of each property transaction that we handle. EichlerSoCal was created by past owner/broker Stephanie Raffel, of Oaktree Realtors in the city of Orange. After many years of working with the Eichler homes, she established EichlerSoCal in 1995. While Stephanie and Kelly love to list and sell the Eichler homes, their interest as team went beyond mere selling. They have a shared passion for the Eichler homes and view them as one of the great treasures that the city of Orange and Orange County has to offer. Driving through the three Eichler tracts of Orange is like going through an art gallery and one of our greatest desires is to spread public awareness of these architectural treasures and educate anyone who is interested in learning about them. Stephanie after extensive years as an advocate and having a successful profession with the Eichler homes, passed the torch off to Kelly (Larnard) Laule, her long time partner, to continue the modern real estate tradition and public awareness. |
