This web site is brought to you by Stephanie Raffel, broker/owner of Oaktree Realtors in the city of Orange, CA. While I love to list and sell the Eichler homes, my interest goes beyond mere selling. I share a passion for the Eichler homes and view them as one of the great treasures that the city of Orange has to offer. Driving through the three Eichler tracts of Orange is like going through an art gallery and my greatest desire is to spread public awareness of these architectural treasures and educate anyone who is interested in learning about them. The following information will familiarize you with who we are as well as my company.

Stephanie Raffel

• Real estate broker and REALTOR®, member of CAR and NAR since 1982.
• Former school teacher with experience teaching in Guadalajara, Mexico and Chicago, IL.
• M.S. degree from the University of Southern California, 1974.
• Active member of the Pacific West Association of Realtors and the Orange Chamber of Commerce.

  Kelly Larnard

• REALTOR® Associate and, member of CAR and NAR, brings her passion for modernism and marketing to the Eichlersocal team.
• Experience in secondary marketing, investor relations, loss mitigation, risk management and foreclosure.

Oaktree Realtors

• Unique in the area, we are an all broker organization covering the entire spectrum of the real estate profession: residential, commercial, investment, land, REO and property management.
• We are independent, though we are part of a large referral network.
