Elegant Jones and Emmons Floor Plan on 12,000 Sq. Ft. Lot
Located in the Fairhaven Neighborhood

Introducing 3838 E. Kirkwood Ave., home of David McDonald, one of several Eichler "collectors" in the Fairhaven neighborhood.  David bought this home in 1998 without ever having seen the inside of the property.  It had been tenant occupied and, as David guessed, it would need a great deal of work to bring it up to date.  Having remodeled two other Eichlers already, David was up to the challenge.  The following photos show the result of nearly three years of work and planning.  Click on photos to view enlargements.

Reflected in this wall of mirrored wardrobe doors is the vanity with granite counter and deep shower finished in glass block. The slider leads to a very large triangular shaped side yard which is not yet finished. The depth of this cul-de-sac lot can be appreciated in the following back yard pictures.
