Originally designed as the sales office for the Fairmeadows tract, this home has more than a few special features

The large atrium entry displays many pieces of the homeowner's extensive African art collection

Soaring ceilings, view through house to pool
Family room, parquet flooring
Incredibly bright family room, view to atrium.
Looking back at entry way from family room. Atrium and front entry viewed from family room

Living room with original stained ceilings and beautifully maintained original Philippine mahogany walls

Another room with a view. Light-filled living room looks out onto a fabulous yard with raised wood decking, brick patios and freeform pool. Eichler Homes designed this yard for the model home and it is still beautiful today.

Pool wraps around and can be viewed from the master bedroom.
Garden path leads to one of two lovely side yards. The spa is located on the other side yard. The garage was originally used as the sales office and is finished in Philippine mahogany and even has radiant heating in the floor. This can be readily restored to a garage if desired.
Quiet parting shots: the atrium and the living room
