Entire original kitchen is removed in preparation for installation of all new cabinets, plumbing, gas line, electrical, appliances, etc.

Original kitchen is eliminated including the mahogany covered wall which divided the kitchen from the living room.  This was replaced with the bar height counter affording an uninterrupted view across the dining room, kitchen and living room and out into the atrium and back yard.

Paneled walls in the master bedroom and fifth bedroom, closets and original bathroom were removed.  One nice thing about remodelling an Eichler is that many walls and not load-bearing and can be moved or removed.
